About Our Co-Pastor

Born to Brother Larry and Missionary Earnestine Montgomery, Co-Pastor Stephanie was raised in a household characterized by strictness yet overflowing with love. From a tender age, Stephanie was immersed in the spiritual fervor of her family, attending church every time its doors swung open. Despite the challenges of growing up within such a spiritually charged environment, Stephanie surrendered her life to the Lord at an early age, wholeheartedly saying "Yes!" to His calling.

Stephanie was intimately familiar with her parents' ministry, which extended from preaching in the streets to traveling across the United States to spread the gospel, and even braving perilous roads on missionary journeys. Her formative years were deeply rooted in the teachings and guidance of her parents, providing her with firsthand experiences of witnessing the undeniable power of God. In those moments of divine intervention, miracles unfolded, demons were cast out, and people experienced profound healing or deliverance, all which Stephanie absorbed and internalized. God orchestrated an unforeseen opportunity for Stephanie to relocate to Pennsylvania with her two children, opening doors for further spiritual and intellectual growth.

In a remarkable span of five years, she earned several degrees, including two from the esteemed Ivy League University of Pennsylvania—a feat she attributes solely to divine intervention. During her journey, Stephanie reconnected with an old high school acquaintance, Brandon Nickerson, and their friendship swiftly blossomed, evolving into something deeper. Eventually, the Nickerson’s were ordained as ministers of the gospel, guided by the Spirit of God to establish 1-Ness Ministries. With over three decades of salvation under her belt, Co-Pastor Stephanie operates in a myriad of spiritual gifts, including prophecy, healing, intercession, ministry, and evangelism.

Together with Brandon, she is dedicated to being led by the Spirit of God, committed to facilitating the spiritual growth and development of others under the tutelage of our Lord Jesus Christ.
